## Pricing

Public consumer prices below INCLUDE GST for standard taxable cleaning. Hourly rates are the
same base model for house cleaning, deep cleaning and NDIS cleaning, and vary by the day of
the clean and how often it repeats.
Hourly rates are per cleaner. The quote confirms the hours, crew and total; qualifying NDIS
supports may be GST-free only when the plan, written agreement and ATO requirements are met.

Recurring discounts off the GST-inclusive day rate: weekly $5.50/hr off, fortnightly $2.20/hr off. Monthly and one-off cleans are charged at the standard day rate.
So a weekly weekday clean is $66/hr incl. GST.

Minimum billable hours: house cleaning 2 hours, deep cleaning 4 hours,
end of lease 6 hours, office/commercial/builders 6 hours.

End of lease cleaning is offered either hourly (from $429 incl. GST at the 6 hour
minimum) or as a fixed-price quote based on bedrooms, bathrooms and condition.
Carpet steam cleaning is $66 per room incl. GST with a $132 incl. GST minimum charge.
Office, commercial, builders and window cleaning are quoted after a free on-site
inspection rather than from a published price list.

A 5% discount applies to the final cleaning bill for physical cash payment (notes
and coins, paid on completion before the team leaves), in addition to the agreed
recurring rate. Card, payment link, PayID and bank transfer do not qualify. Cash
payment does not make a taxable service GST-free: applicable GST is included in
the discounted amount payable, with an invoice and receipt provided. The existing
staff-safety no-discount exception still applies, subject to consumer rights.

## Common questions

**Do you offer a cash discount?**
Yes. Physical cash payment, meaning notes and coins paid on completion, receives
5% off the final cleaning bill under the published terms. Tell the team when
requesting a quote so it can confirm the standard and cash totals. The discount
does not apply to card, payment link, PayID or bank transfer.

**How much does end of lease cleaning cost in Wollongong?**
Either hourly from $429 incl. GST (6 hour minimum at $71.50/hr incl. GST on a weekday), or a
fixed-price quote after we assess bedrooms, bathrooms and condition. It comes
with a Bond Back Guarantee for eligible in-scope cleaning issues under published terms.

**How much does house cleaning cost?**
$71.50/hr incl. GST per cleaner on a weekday for a one-off, with a 2 hour minimum. Recurring
customers pay less: $66/hr incl. GST weekly, $69.30/hr incl. GST fortnightly.

**Do you charge more on weekends?**
Yes. Saturday is $82.50/hr incl. GST, Sunday is $88/hr incl. GST, NSW public holidays are
$110/hr incl. GST.

**Can I book outside business hours?**

The team aims to reply within two business hours. After-hours requests are answered next
business morning; submitting a request does not confirm a date or reserve a cleaner.

**How long does a clean take?**
The website's indicative guides are about 2 hours for a two-bedroom house clean, 3 for
three bedrooms, and 4 for a larger home with one cleaner. Deep-clean guides are 5 to 7
cleaner-hours for two bedrooms and 7 to 10 for three. Bond cleans commonly need 6 to 10
hours depending on size and condition. These are estimates: the quote confirms crew,
hours and scope, and a larger crew changes elapsed time at the property.

**Do you do NDIS cleaning?**
Yes, for Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. Illawarra Cleaning
Crew is NOT an NDIA-registered NDIS provider and should never be described as
registered, approved or NDIS-compliant. Agency-managed participants cannot use
us. Qualifying NDIS supports may be GST-free when the plan, written agreement
and ATO requirements are met; the team confirms the tax treatment in the quote.

**Do you guarantee the bond back?**
The Bond Back Guarantee covers eligible in-scope, cleanable items for a free re-clean under published requirements and exclusions. It does not guarantee a rental-bond refund. Terms:

**How much does carpet steam cleaning cost?**
$66 per room incl. GST with a $132 minimum charge. Carpet cleaning can be added to an
end of lease clean or booked on its own.

**How are outdoor services priced?**
Window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and
lawn mowing and garden work are quoted after a free on-site inspection, because
height, access and the size of the job decide the time needed. There is no
published hourly rate for them.

**How often should Illawarra gutters be cleaned?**
Twice a year suits most Illawarra homes, and more often on bushfire-prone or
escarpment blocks under eucalypts. Gutters, solar panels and windows can be done
in the one visit.
